Clarity is the first mindfulness, relaxation and sleep app designed by women, for women. With anxiety and sleep effecting many women we have created guided sessions to help you relax, breathe and sleep better. It’s like having a close friend to help you through mindful ageing.
We are now launching a libdio series due to feedback from our subscribers as an issue they would like support with. It's found in the Apple A Day pack.
It's free to download and some sessions are free to access, others are on an in-app subscription. We’ve created guided sessions covering a broad range of topics that you’ll love.
Listen while your iPhone screen is dark or watch the visual aids to help you regulate your breathing. Each meditation session ranges from 1-20 minutes and includes helpful topics such as:
* Falling asleep
* Going back to sleep
* Fighting Stress
* Feeling overwhelmed
* Improving libido or sexual desire
* Fatigue
* Calming the mind
* Immediate hot flash/flush or night sweats relief via a special “InstaCool” button
* Quick access to soothing sessions for moments of high anxiety
* Silent mindfulness sessions to help you develop your practice
There are free sessions in the app, and for paid subscribers we will be adding fresh content continually.
Clarity was founded by Becks Armstrong, a professional women’s health specialist. We are dedicated to improving the lives of women - specifically those getting ready for and going through menopause or perimenopause - through mindfulness, relaxation and sleep.
